Virginia Safety & Emissions Inspections

VA safety inspections are done to renew the yellow inspection sticker on the windshield. They are done on a first come, first served basis Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on the last Saturday of the month from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There are several things that are inspected on every vehicle—a general list of items can be found at http://www.vsp.state.va.us/Safety.shtm.
