Needed a oil change. Was ask to drop my car off and they said they would get me taken care of. Thank you for working me in and making my day.

I had to have an inspection done on my car. I didn’t realize my sticker had expired a month ago. I called around to get it done Asap and nobody could help me. Spoke to a woman at a different place and she said she had an appointment open on 3 weeks. Long story short called the tire shop, was told they can did it, it is first come, first serve. I was there 15 minutes later. They took my car back right away, and I was out 30 minutes later. Just wanted to say thank you so much for getting me in, and out so quickly. I will definitely bring my car back for other services

While traveling cross country, we needed an oil change, tires and an alignment. Tracy was able to find 2 tires to match the good tires we had and get us out of there before noon the following day. Kudos to Tracy and her team for helping us get back on the road!

I had a fantastic experience at the Tire Shop. I was leaving the hospital after visiting my father when I noticed my tire pressure indicator was on. I had to drive to Baltimore so I went to the Tire Shop. They had a look and saw that I had a nail in the tire near the sidewall. It had to be replaced. Since my car has all wheel drive, the tire had to match. Al, who waited on me was terrific. He found a matching tire and, despite what appeared to be a very busy day, a slot for me to get it fixed right away. I was on the road in an hour. The level of customer service was outstanding. I was treated with understanding of my situation and actual kindness. You rarely see that these days! Al and his team were terrific and I would recommend them to anyone!
